Repository Database Overview

The repository database is where all user data, configurations, and project details are stored for our ETL Software . The default repository database type is MS Access.

Supported Repository Types:

  • MS Access
  • SQL Server
  • Oracle
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • Interbase/Firebird

Creating a New Repository

  1. Click Create New.
  2. Follow the Repository Creation Wizard steps.
  3. Connect to the newly created repository.

Transferring Data Between Repositories

  1. Connect to the source repository.
  2. Backup the repository.
  3. Connect to the target repository.
  4. Restore the repository.

Repository Objects Synchronization

  1. Run the Repository Synchronization Wizard.
  2. Select the source repository or a repository backup.
  3. Choose the target repository.
  4. Drag and drop source repository objects onto target repository objects to update them.
  5. Drag and drop source repository objects into the target category to add new objects.
  6. Connect to the target repository and update connections if necessary.
