The lookup toolbar provides all the tools you need in order to create and manipulate records in any database
Lookup Properties
Access settings and configuration for the lookup.
Refresh Data Grid
Reload the displayed data to reflect the most recent updates.
Create New Record
Add a new entry to the database.
Post Changes to the Database
Save modifications made to records in the database.
Delete Selected Records
Remove the chosen records from the database.
Clone Record
Duplicate an existing record for quick data entry.
Print
Print the currently displayed data grid.
Print Preview
View a preview of the data grid before printing.
Enable MRU (Most Recently Used) List
Activate tracking of frequently accessed data entries.
Enable Incremental Search
Allow for searching within the grid as you type.
Show Grouping Panel
Display a panel to organize data into groups.
Show Vertical Grid
Toggle the vertical view of the grid for better readability.
Export Data
Save the data grid to a file in a supported format.
Import Data
Load data into the grid from an external source.
Export Data into Excel
Save the data grid directly as an Excel file.
Auto Format Grid
Automatically adjust the grid layout for better presentation.
Read-Only Switch
Toggle between editable and non-editable modes for the data grid.
