A site licence covers an unlimited number of users within one or a group of buildings within one city. It is useful when one person buys the first licence, then the rest of the team discovers it can remove their spreadsheet misery too. This happens more often than procurement departments expect.
You can upgrade to a site licence later by paying the difference.

Support and Maintenance
The annual maintenance fee is 20 percent of the software license cost.
Renewal is optional, but it is useful when the ETL jobs are business-critical. It keeps you covered for product updates, version upgrades, and direct help when a source file decides to become interesting at 7:00 a.m.
Users with a fully paid annual maintenance fee get the following benefits:
