Menus and Access Rights

Every user has a Menu assigned. The list of Menu Items available to the user is determined by their access rights.

Each Menu can contain:

• A Root Folder
• Subfolders
• Menu Items

This hierarchical structure makes it possible to organise application features and control which items each user can access.

Note: Administrator’s Menu is populated automatically when a new Menu Item is created.

Creating New Menu

• To create a new Menu click Add
• Fill in Menu Name you are about to create
• Click OK to finish the creation of Menu

Creating new Menu Item

• To create a new Menu Item click Pop up menu-> Add
• Choose appropriate Item Type from Radio Group
• Fill in Item Name or choose it from drop down box
• Click OK to finish the creation of Menu Item.
