Please tell your customer to send his current report template (fr3) and prepared report (fp3) to us.

Please see here my input data where unicode can be read in notepad++ clearly called Store_Allocation_readytosql.csv and i am also attaching 123.pdf where some unicode is not clear and shown as a empty square , also the oderkanban.fr3 report file    

They also need a prepared report fp3
