We reproduced the problem but we do not know how to solve it.
One of the suggestions from FR is to try UNICODE font and did try that but it did not help. (Arial Unicode)
So we have to park it for now.

This is sad honestly , I am now trying to change unicode to png images , output is working, but I have to unnecessarily add code to convert unicode to images , then load them in report.

FR Confirmed the issue you reported is a bug. They are working on it.
