How to Export PostgreSQL to CSV - Step-by-Step
1. Launch Advanced ETL Processor
- Create a PostgreSQL Connection with your host, port, database, username, and password
- Create a Directory Connection to store the exported CSV files
2. Create a New Transformation
Right-click a transformation group and choose New to begin designing your data flow.
3. Configure Reader
- Double-click to open Reader Properties
- Select your PostgreSQL connection
- Choose a table or define a SQL query
- Preview and select the fields to include
4. Configure Writer
- Double-click to open Writer Properties
- Set the output format to CSV
