Copy Data from InterBase to a BDE-compatible database Automatically

1. Launch Advanced ETL Processor

• Create an InterBase Connection by specifying the database file path, username, and password
• Create a BDE Connection by choosing the appropriate BDE alias and parameters

2. Create a New Transformation

Right-click on a transformation group and select New to create a new workflow.

3. Configure Reader

• Double-click the reader object
• Select the InterBase connection
• Choose a source table or enter a custom SQL SELECT query

4. Configure Writer

• Double-click the writer object
• Select your BDE connection
• Choose the target table and set the action (insert, update, or replace)

5. Map and Transform Fields

• Map InterBase fields to BDE columns
• Apply transformations or conversions as needed (e.g., date formatting, numeric precision, character set conversion)

6. Run the Transformation

Click the Run button to execute the transfer. Logs will display real-time progress and any issues encountered.
