Access Violation Error

Do you have the file name which looks like this?

"C:\Support\Data {2345-5} Source Data.xlsx"

EG it has {} inside

If so can you email us the actual file name and path?

The path will similar like this C:\input\A 2020.09.30 Portfolio Company Data.xlsx
and file name would be A 2020.09.30 Portfolio Company Data.xlsx

We are still unable to reproduce the acess violation.

What is the sheet name you selected?

The sheet name is 'Platforms'.

We have total three excel files which has 'Portfolio' name in it and i have used mask function to read all the three files.

And all the three files has 'Platforms' as sheet name.

Two out of three files the tool can able to read except the third file which i sent you the file name in the previous reply.
