Can you try pointing directory monitor to c:\temp folder and work with it instead

Application Platform is selected rightly with 64 BIT

I have tried the same with another direcotry but no avail

Is there a directory monitor log file in C:\Program Files\DB Software Laboratory\Advanced ETL Processor Enterprise folder?

No , nothing there in directory log
