[Solved] Unable to get Directory Monitor to work

OK One progress I've made is 

When directory was configured directly , atleast detection happened

when configured as c:\tmp\<SubDirectory> , it kept failing naturally 

I will run more test now 
 

OK working fine now , 
Question when a trigger is configured on 
ADD + Modified

and a new file is 'added' then it will be triggered once , since when an item is added , it's modified date also changes? 

 

Just for symmetry, disabled packages show up as normal in Execute Window
