"Contains" or Partial Match lookup

Thank you for this , can I ask for a refinement to connect with a CSV or excel file and then do lookup ? List already has 250 items and it will keep growing. 

This week is rather very busy for us but we should be able to find some time towards the end of the week

I just found a massive use for this which might be useful for others. 

I just got a list of around 15k emails from our email archives from last year. 

1. I have to filter out all domains belonging to vendors, logistics companies , this list is neatly maintained in a csv
2. I have to filter out all username containing generic words like noreply,csr,document using reg , all these words of course in csv file

We've used chatgpt to make python script for this currently but native ETL tool would be great fun

The Data mapping window is missing for both lookup contain and lookup regex

I can select the file but there how to map the input and output 

There is no need to map anything

The first field is key the second field is value
