"Contains" or Partial Match lookup

Can you confirm if case sensitive checkbox is working ?
I am seeing some issues , but it could be me 

This setting is ignored right now.

We will add support for it in the next release (Lookup Contains Only)

I see this enabled in Validations too ! Great 
(Regex not present there)

case sensitivity is resolved !
I am seeing another edge case though , if the "key" has a space inside

necklace (no space) | jwellery -> works fine
 necklace (with space) | -> some random pickup happens
