The subdirectory inside mask or file name is not supported
 
EG:

• * - supported
•  *.ini - supported
•  *.* - supported
•  Subfolder2\*.* - Not Supported

I am unable to test on .12 & .14 is flagged by MS defender as virus.

I can understand unable to flag a specific subdirectory , I am not able to understand the benefit of searching in subdirectory if I cannot provide a filename also to simplify .

Mostly likely files are csv or xls or text . Assuming we have subfolders tonnes of these types of files exist , it will trigger false positives.

Not only monitors are to be duplicated , but I need to create relevant directory connections for the same are to created as well.

We have updated the code so the Directory monitor now supports Regular Expressions.

I created a subdirectory monitor EOWiseMaterialSummary\\.*\.ini

Currently I am able to get execution in Event Monitors when files are Added, Deleted 

No execution when files are modified , renamed
