Event Monitor - File System Changes

Hellos, 

My Directory Monitor & Execution Agent services are running. 

I am playing with Monitors and tried to setup a file system monitor but didn't manage to get an execution running. My understanding is it , file monitor is supposed to 'automagically' react to changes (or is it manual?)

This is correct

Some ftp clients create temporary file first than rename it

Is "H: drive" a mapped drive?

The mapped drives do not exist inside windows services. Please use UNC path instead (inside directory).

Can you try the following please
1. Use unc path
2. Tick all possible options add delete etc
3. Use mask *.* instead of file name

I will check with a regular file and update 

I tried the same with a local file , services for directory are turned on but still unable to get the magic to go start

File to check or mask : please remove the path and only leave the mask

Does it automatically take subfolders or (if I want to match a csv file)  I need to put a mask /*/*.csv or **/*.csv ? 

I have tried *.* and deleted items from root of directory in connection but still seeing no increase in number of execution . See my LOOM
