conditional dropdown for combo box

can you suggest steps to follow dynamic combo box

Here is basic example

List of cities has only 3 values



Let's change the country to France.

List of cities is different and the current value is highlighted in red because it does not exist in the lest



This is what you need to do to make it work:

1. Set field name
2. Set LookupId to menu item id you want to load the data from
3. Set filter to FilterKey='FilterField' (Adjust FilterField accordingly)



 

 

I am Insert to (FilterKey='department_id ')  but not enable to save filter key 

I am really struggling to understand the issue here

Note in my example field and filter field are DIFFERENT

Field:  CityId
Filter:  FilterKy='CountryId'

I am doing same steps but for some technical issue from your side I'm unable to save defined filter key in combo box. when I define my filter key and try to save a form. my filter key get reset



   

Are you using 32 bit version or 64 bit version of our software?
