conditional dropdown for combo box

I am using 64bit version software

Filter is saved when you press enter or click on different object property for example width

Is it working?

It is working fine in a form where data is already exits but what I am trying is

I have 3 table
   
Employee (emp id, emp name, depart_id, depart name) here depart id is foregin key from department table.

Departments(depart_id, depart name)

Tasks (task id , task name, , depart_id, depart name) here depart id is foregin key from department table. )

Now I want a form in new table which use this 3 table data . to create

Emp name, depart name and assigned task(task name).

And I want to use filter key in this new table for task dropdown

Populate tables with the data and attach it here.
