Ordering and Payment Methods
We accept five types of payment: online, fax, phone, wire transfer and mail. Secure payments are handled by PayPro Global.
Online Order
This is the fastest way to order. Your credit card information is sent directly to the payment processor. We do not see or store your card details.
How the Online Order Process Works

- Your license is emailed immediately. Upgrade licenses are sent within one business day.

Licensing
- Single license = one user within the same organization.
- Site license = unlimited users within one city location or group of buildings.
Support and Maintenance
The annual maintenance fee is 25 percent of the software license cost.
Users with a fully paid annual maintenance fee get:
- Priority support.
- Software enhancements, updates and upgrades during the maintenance period.
- Advance notification of software promotions.
- Maintenance-owner-only product promotions.
Wire Transfer
You can also use wire transfer to our bank account. Ask us for details.
Upgrading to the Site License
You can upgrade the license by paying the difference. Ask us for details.
