Copy Data from Firebird to ODBC Automatically
Move data from Firebird to ODBC without writing scripts or building complex migration processes.
Connect your databases, map and transform your data visually, then run the transfer once or automate it on a schedule.
Typical migration experience: "I installed the software, watched one short video, and had my Firebird data migrated to ODBC in about 10 minutes. I expected it to take hours."
Firebird Data Migration Example
Read data from Firebird, transform and map the fields, then write the results directly to ODBC.

How to Copy Data from Firebird to ODBC - Step-by-Step
1. Launch Advanced ETL Processor
- Create a Firebird/InterBase Connection by specifying the database file path, hostname (if remote), username, and password
- Create an ODBC Connection by selecting the ODBC driver and providing DSN or connection parameters
2. Create a New Transformation
Right-click on a transformation group and select New to create a new workflow.
3. Configure Reader

- Select your ODBC connection
- Choose the target table and set the action (insert, update, or replace)
5. Map and Transform Fields
- Map Firebird fields to ODBC target columns
- Apply transformations or conversions as needed (e.g., handling DATE/TIMESTAMP, numeric precision, character sets)

Click the Run button to execute the transfer. Logs will display real-time progress and any issues encountered.
Business usage examples
Operations lead
Move database rows through repeatable copy workflows instead of manual exports and imports.
Data team
Map fields between Access, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Salesforce, and other systems.
Compliance owner
Keep source queries, target writes, run logs, and failures visible enough for audit work.
