Hi
Versioning has helped a lot when I have needed to recover something. However, it would be a great benefit if I could see the fact that I have reverted to a previous version of an object by at least having a version # in the Properties Dialog.
Another great disciplinary tool would be to force me to enter in a reason for the change when I force a save or Add a version. Perhaps this could be driven by an Option that is Off by default and if you want to always add a commit message you can turn this on. That way, when you ckick the save button in the designer it would automatically perform Add Version and prompt for a reason.
Also, Can you confirm that "Add Version" forces a save. I believe it does.
