So far we have never seen any errors like this....

Have you updated our software recently?

It might have something to do with the user rights to the folders

The only changes were I added .cer and .key file wrongly to this folder and deleted.
I will uninstall and revert back.

Is ssl enabled in config file?

If so set to  "USE_SSL": 0,

Now this is an interesting bug
  • I reinstalled URL Logger and ran the server , it works fine
  • I change the config to SSL=1
  • I get the same error of illegal operation
  • Now even if remove this from the config.json , the file has been marked 'poisoned' by URL logger and continue giving this error
  • if I delete this config.json and overwrite from another backup with SSL=0 , it works
  • if I change this again to SSL=1 , bam the file is marked 'poisoned'
