Awesome, since you will be retesting SSL ,WIN ACME produces below files. Maybe direct support would be grateful

"chain-only.pem"
"crt.pem"
"key.pem"

pfx file 

Hi we had a look and it was a bug in our software. 

The latest version should work, it also shows more useful error messages.

Please copy server.key and server.cer to C:\ProgramData\etl-tools.com\url-logger folder, enable SSL and restart the server 

Error has stopped, so that's good , I have updated the original thread with findings
