Help with Writing to SQL

Hellos, 

I am trying to write back to MS-SQL 2019 , with Transformation Type = Add New & Update Old Records. 

Code is the primary key

Code    Company    EName
Director    Apple    Queen Elizabeth 
F019    FIRKEE     Sayed Zaveri
F050    FIRKEE     Ankit Havaldar

I can't figure for life of me how to make the SQL statement in this. Help would be appreciated as always.

Most of the time you do need to write any sql, software does it for you.

All you need to do is to select an update key

• Could I enquire , if the name of column and header defers , then the transformation takes care of everything for me ? So in most cases I don't need to write a sql statement 
• In what case then a custom sql statement be necessary ? Just for knowledge sake
