SFTP Transformation

Hey

I am looking for a solution that can download files from SFTP server. Then transform it. The more complex file I have is really 3 files.
They will all be CSV files. I need to be able to transform the files from a CSV to a fixed-width file. In the end, the three files will be merged into one file. Headers will need to be changed, and then the file encrypted and sent to another sftp server.
