URL Logger on SQL Express was created by prashant

Hellos,
I finally decided to give SQL Express 2019 a try as recommended . It's installed on default instance SQLEXPRESS, port 1433

But I URL Logger is unable to connect to it, I have tried with 1433 and without it

URL Logger logs gives me unable to connect
