Email Monitor not executing package

Have you enabled the monitor on the maintain tab?

Yes we have.

I can' see any reason why the monitor is not working

The monitor checks email every minute.
It executes the package only when the number of emails goes up

EG you start pop 3 monitor service.
It records the number of emails for example 5
A user sends an email
After a minute pop 3 monitor checks the number of emails
it is now 6 which is bigger than the previous value, it executes the package and sets the number of emails to 6.

Thanks for your help, got it resolved.

We found that the automated process was having an issue with SSL on the pop connection, even though running it manually it always worked with no SSL errors.
