Setting up AETL Enterprise

I'm getting some errors in setting up AETL Enterprise.

I am setting up AETL Ent 64 bit (v 6.3.7.31, though this has happened for a while over previous versions, but I haven't needed the service agents until now), and have used the uninstall app to remove previous installs.

I have run the downloaded file as Administrator.

I am getting error 1057, acc name is invalid. It reports this for multiple items, including management console, directory monitor, ftp monitor, IMAP4 monitor, POP3 monitor and MSMQ monitor. This means I can't run things unattended, as well as a few other issues related to the modules not being installed. But, I can run most things manually with no problem.

I am putting in the correct account name and password that I use to log in to windows. The account name did have a space in it, and I didn't know if this was causing issues as the log files seemed to be removing the space from what was being logged, so I changed the account name to not have a space.

Any ideas how I can fix this, or more information I can give so you can see what I am doing wrong?
