Struggling with Date reformat MySQL was created by DeanCovey


The transformation work working fine on MS-SQL without any reformating. Switching the source and destination to MySQL, now I need to reformat it. Can't quite it out what the input should be.

Are you loading data into the date field?
EG why do you need to reformat it?

I had to reformat it for DateDIff function.

"Are you loading data into the date field?" -- No, it's not the same from MIN Date from detail going to header record.

I get an Invalid Argument to Date encode without any reformat
