We tested v6.3.7.24 and could not reproduce the exact problem. (List out of bounds error).
However, we found some minor log related issues and fixed them in 6.3.7.25

Please check it and let us know the outcome

Not sure if you are aware, but instead of creating a trigger file you can call a stored procedure to start the agent execution.

Thanks Mike. I suspected but didn't investigate too thoroughly which I should have.

This is great and I will look at implementing as this presents fewer moving parts
