Cannot read files in the writer

what could be the resolution for this?

We do not know what is the solution for it a the moment
We spend hours trying to reproduce the problem.

Can you provide us with the full file name + path please

We cannot see it from the screenshot provided

OK, I have downloaded the latest version from our web site.
Installed both 32bit and 64bit

Just to make sure that we are using the same version

When I press refresh I do not get the error

So, I guess it has something to with the file

Can you email it to us please so we can have a look?

Unfortunately we cannot provide the file but the error is not something with only that excel but every excel we use with the writer

How about if the file is located outside of your Dropbox folder?

It was the same issue again if it is outside of DT-dropbox
