Bug Report: Notes ignored when reformatting Transformation

Observed behavior: When saving a tab in the Transformation editor transformation parts of the diagram are reformatted or snapped to major gridlines. (this appears to happen regardless of the setting of "Arrange Objects On Save" in the Interface tab of the Options dialog). However, when the Transformation editor is reopened, Notes are moved above the top of the transform. This is revealed by selecting all objects and dragging them down from the top of the Transformation editor.

Desired behavior: When arranging objects on save notes should not behave differently than transform boxes. The viewport should not exclude notes when calculating the arranging.

Unfortuantely I was not able to reproduce the problem.

What do you mean by arranging the objects?

What do i have to click?
