Feature Request: Copy from transformation editor, paste to Sub Transformation

Desired feature: Copy multiple transforms from the Transformation Editor. Paste the copied transforms in the editor of a Sub Transformation.

Benefit: Easier development of Sub Transformations that could be reused in the object library

 

 

Developing sub transformations is hindered by the lack of the ability to preview more than one row of input data data while composing the sub transformation. This leads to a development cycle of constantly editing, then closing the sub transformation, validating the sub transformation logic on multiple rows, then opening the sub transformation again to edit.

Data preview is available for the entirety of the input rows in the transformation editor, so it is much easier to edit and validate a part of a transformation there. After confirming the part of the transformation works correctly, it would be helpful to be able to copy the parts of the transformation into a sub transformation. This would enable reuse of the developed part of the transformation by saving the sub transformation to the library.

It actually works if your sub transformation is inside transformer object.
But it it does not work for validator.

This should be easy to fix
