Replace RegX hover text erroneously states that matching is case-insensitive

When hovering over the Replace RegX transform help text appears giving the match and replace regular expressions. The help text also includes the text "Not Case Sensitive". However, my own experience is that case must be matched in order for the regex as a whole to match.

To match case-insensitively use character classes like "[Ee][Tt][Ll]" or the python case-insensitive prefix in a group like "(?i:etl)".
