[Appreciation] Writer SQL - > Run SQL Before & After

This is an appreciation post of SQL WRITER which has both option to run a sql statement before and after writing. 

Till now , I have only used Truncate command BEFORE ,I never understood why after writing might be useful 

Today suddenly I had a requirement to run a FUNCTION on postgres after writing and BAM it was as simple as this running this function select update_hr1()

Now this sounds confusing , let me share a picture
