Scheduler bug (?)

We use tens of scheduled packages in a windows server but it seems like from time to time the scheduler loses it self and no scheduled packed runs anymore, the solutions we found was to click 2 times in each package schedule and then the "ok" button, just this simple action updates the date at the column "start at" and the next schedule works properly.

There is the attached prints showing the "bug", as you can see on pic1 there is late schedules that did not run. You can see its late because of the server time. As described above, when i click 2 times on the late schedule and click the "ok" button, it updates the "start at" date for the next run.

Am i doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

I can see from the screenshot that you are using MS Access as a repository database,
It works fine for testing and development, unfortunately it tends to get corrupted over time. 
The best option is to use SQL Server Express as repository instead.

Please switch to  SQL Server Express and let us know if it helps or not.
