I have tried creating a video which I feel will be helpful for newbies it showcases concepts below , some are intuitive , some I found by bugging Mike & Peter in forums

We usually create very short videos explaining one problem at the time and how to fix it.
That makes it easy for users to find
 
Eventually we will create a video explaining why we created Dynamic Package Actions
(Once we have completed wiki and converted all exiting actions )  

I have finally found some time to watch the videos.
They are really great and a lot of our users will find it useful.
