Report Toolbar How to reset or stop playing hide/seek

HI,
I have somehow managed to 'hide' the standard portion of toolbar when making a report

1. I know can't figure how to reset it and bring it back
2. It's a mess to move items around 
3. Why is user able to get 'full screen' of toolbar icons ?

Resetting Report Designer

It possible to hide some report designer objects accidentally. This can be easily addressed by removing settings from the registry

1. Close application
1. Delete the following registry key : HKCU\SOFTWARE\Fast Reports\

Working fine now !! Thank you !

Is it possible to move the toolbar #3 to #1 ? All my trials to achieve to fail
