Package Run SQL Script -> Pass output to variable

I verified even if I run the WIKI example , I get the error 

I ran a simple Set Variable (From DB) and show message . It works on Package fine and via command line I get the error
 

Please post some screenshots so we can reproduce it in the office

The SQL it's running has been hardcoded to debug

SELECT '<json_variable>' AS variable_name,        
text_field_02 AS variable_value
FROM event_log
WHERE id = '561b2923-dcea-4e61-8156-ca02eb659ab6';

Found the issue
Basically everything inside {} as treated as calculated expression, and when software fails to calculate it you get an error message

Please ignore it for now.

We need to change the way we work with variables and calculations, it is confusing to the users.

 

If you are making fundamental changes , I also propose the way, next action after LOOP finishes is to be executed is also confusing . #1 is supposed to be executed when "loop finishes successfully" OR when loop fails.
