Rename file from content of an xml

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to rename the filename of a pdf by the content of an xml sent with it?

The pdf and the xml always have the same file name at the beginning.

PDF: BLP_INVOICE_7beb2c0a-f6df-4a0b-bbb4-e43945b139cc_20240517_072002_result.pdf
XML: BLP_INVOICE_7beb2c0a-f6df-4a0b-bbb4-e43945b139cc_20240517_072002.xml

--> PDF:pinv_1010_58044_INV24A004-30_610013842.pdf


Fixed Text "pinv_"
<ReceiverId> "1010" &"_"
<SenderAddress><Id> "580844" &"_"
<InvoiceNum> "INV24A004-30" &"_"
<PurchaseOrderPosition> "610013842"

certain special characters should also be eliminated
e.g.
%, &, {, ...

Am I correct in my assumption that pdf file name is calculated based on on the content of XML file?
If so can you provide us with an example of xml file please?
Just zip it and attach it here.
