Better handling of writing quotes in CSV file ouput

Hellos,
So I spend last part of half hour figuring this out.

I have an input containing an image file which I had to convert to excel image formula so let's say my image is  xyz.com/FFW/KB-FFW-SND-11410.jpg

I used REGEX replace of (.+) to convert this to "=IMAGE("\1",,1)" , so my output becomes "=IMAGE(" krishnabeads.com/FFW/KB-FFW-SND-11410.jpg "  , but this is poorly encoded and shows weird in any csv editor in multiple columns. I tried playing with text qualifier in output to single quote and double quote but no avail.

My regex had to change to double quotes to "=IMAGE(""\1"",,1)"  and finally the output came proper

I feel for newbies this should be better handled.

I would also like to confirm , external editors are able to read the file properly but the writer isn't , see how the image column formula is spilling over in clients

To be honest i do not like the idea of dealing with sensitive data.

Made up data is much better option.
