Oh, yeah , I got the same thing, the redirect didn't show anything the file.  I also posted another topic and it has been few days and now one responded - I know there might be another way to do this from the backend but would be nice to do it in the UI - thank you

Most likely access right issues than. You can find out the user name of who created the log file and than check his/her access rights.
