Thank you, I took these screenshots to help you understand the issue.
We have a loop that downloads each email, process it and then downloads the next email. In the attached screenshot on line 722 the connection to Office 365 was successful and 315 messages were found on the server. Then on the next loop (line 760) we got the error that the mailbox is empty. 


When I click on the Action to see the Execution log of Receive Email office 365, I see 'could not select mailbox' error. 

After "Selecting mailbox:" there should be the mailbox name.

Are you using a variable inside the mailbox name?

Perhaps the variable value is empty?

No Mike it is not a variable, it is supposed to be Inbox.  I added the screenshot of the connection that you can see the Folder name. Also in the execution log of the successful connection (line 721 of the package execution log) the mailbox value is inbox.
Also I the value of the mailbox in the successful connection is Inbox.
