Version 5.3.4.12 issues

Hi,

i have found these problems and ask you to correct them:

1. Before the data of a table is displayed, the object list of the Item Designer is displayed on the right-hand side. That should not be.

2. Connections is displayed in the 'View' menu. This gives the user access to definitions that should only be reserved for the administrator. How can we prevent this?
