converting to 64b

I am trying to upgrade to 64b etl enterprise
My initial tests seemed good
however i have run into a few issues where I need your help
Our main system is a progress database
we have been using the 11.1 32b odbc drivers for a long time
about a year ago we did migrate to the 64b database
I installed the 11.7 64b odbc for the database
the process in the attached works perfectly in 11.1 32b
however will not work in 64bI have included the object, logs, input file and snapshots
I have tried to rewrite the process of creating new objects. Changing it from a file import to process code and insert.
The problem is we do not have any issues at the 32b level
I have multiple similar issues at the 64b level on different objects
how do i determine the cause and determine how to fix it

Please try the following:

1 Use the registry editor to modify the ODBC Data source under section:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBC.INI
2. Add a new string value named WorkArounds with its data value set to 536870912.

I have a packages that executes every 15 minutes that pings our servers and related
Works perfect under 32b
100% failure under 64b
the attached shows the same sever being pinged from CMD and etl at the same time, on the same server

Any ideas?
