Error After Updating and Migration

Have migrated from 32bit to 64bit (all ODBC/connections are updated and working fine)
Moved from 9.2.11.8 to 9.3.6.15

Whenever I tried to make changes under any IMPORTS and update back to the repository, I get an error:
Insufficient key column information for updating or refreshing

This does not happen anywhere else.

I have tried with a blank repository and migration wizard
I have tried with the old repository and manually updating using the updates from here:
www.etl-tools.com/repository-database-updates.html
The same issue occurs either way

I did indeed and I configured to make sure all settings matched.

As mentioned all other areas seem to write back to the repository fine, it is only IMPORTS
I have also tried to create a brand new import object and this has the same issue

In your case most likely some of the primary keys are missing. so the software does not know which row to update/refresh = you get the error

Please check OBJECTS and  OBJECTS_TREE tables
