Scheduled packages hangs in submitted status

Hi guys,
I am experiencing an inssue with the scheduler.
We have deployed a develop machine based on MS Windows server 2022.
The package I would like to schedule is properly working when invoked locally.
The software that we are using is Advanced ETL Processor Enterprise 6.3.11.9
The db for advanced ETL that we are using is mssql express, installed on the MS Windows server 2022.
The services are properly configured:

And the options in the execution tab have execution enabled:

Also the schedule options are ok:


When I press the button to execute immediately or when I wait for the right schedule, in the execution log I can only see:

ANd, inside the log folder nothing appears:

Is it there anything wrong in my configuration?
Please let me know, since we are in need to place online the develop machine as soon as possible and we have to check that everything is working properly.

If there are some problems with the agent it will write an error message in the log located in the same folder.

Most likely it is related to the regional settings of the user you use to run the agent
Try setting the language to US English for it and restarting the agent

Creating a separate user jus to run the agent is also a good idea

I have created a user only to execute the tasks. It has US English Language set (I have removed all the other languages present in the system):


Is it correct that the services are not always active and in a Manual startup type?

Are they started only when executed?

Anyway, the execution log states:

Status -> Submited

but it never starts:



Note also that the log folder is completely empty:



and the lof directory is correct:



I have also reinstalled the software, since I thought that there could be an issue with the installation but nothing changed.

Do you have any hints for me?

It should be automatic for the execution agent otherwise it will not work.

unfortunately, even in the automatic execution of the service, in the execution log the package is listed as submitted, but it never started/finished.

In the Advanced ETL Processor Enterprise log folder there are no files and so I can't get rid of the problem.

Do you have any advice for me to solve the issue?
