From SQL TABLE to another SQL Table (MS SQL Server)

I have two identical environments, the Dev environment and Staging environment. I pushed information to a SQL Dev Environment Table. I am now trying to use that SQL Dev Environment Table as Reader so that I can update the staging environment table but when i use MS SQL Server option some columns are blank and some have details . If i switch to ole then all columns show information but as soon as i use the MS Access option then some columns do now show any details. Can you please assist. I have attached the images
