Transformation Seems to randomly stall

I am working on a new data flow today. This one seems to stall at random: no error message or anything.

Thoughts?

I have resolved the issue all though I am not clear how. Just added a buffer to get the records off my source SQL:

I tested with a couple files about 2 million rows. All worked as expected.

I am testing with another file that is about 167 Million rows. I'll post my results.
