error while importing numpy pandas

Dear Team,

I am trying to import pandas and numpy inside calculation/script but it is giving me a import issue.
I tried to import it directly in python shell it was successful but couldnt import inside the etl tool.
Could you please let me know if there is any fix for this

Let think about why it is happening

The software is not able to find dll
For example:

The software is installed in
C:\SOFWARE folder
The dll is in C:\DLL folder

C:\DLL ins not part of PATH env variable
So the software is not able to find the dll

This issue may happen with any software.

Are using Conda environments?
Our software does not support them.
Have you set up python correctly?

To avoid issues install it for all users
