Logical and/or/not operators

I am trying to apply conditions based on multiple fields. Something like below. Is this possible through transformation
if (field1 == i and field2 == h) then
Please let me know how to combine such operations

Yes, I am trying to do it inside transformation.
I have two columns as input and have to populate a third column based on combination of input columns.
Please find the attached screenshot of my sample task. Based on combination of Category and Amount I need to populate column Output.
Could you please let me know if this possible inside transformation.
